Dear Friend of Hollywood Arts,
td> | | Tons to tell!
As we close out the year, we are celebrating
with a successful gala, a fantastic
ebay
auction (including a day on the set of The
Office and a guitar lesson with Steve Vai),
our first student-realized promotional
video, and
our traditional holiday dinners!
|
A huge thanks to everyone who made the
Dream Awards a success including our honorees
VANS and Jesse Carmichael, Brian Baumgartner
for hosting, and Maroon 5 for performing in a
tremendous special acoustic moment.

Do Something!
our promotional video and see our
students in
action, and to learn how you can help
invest in
changing the lives of homeless youth and have
fun at the same time!
Forward

| The movie! Students tell their own stories, stories of who they will become... |
 |
|
Sit back and give five minutes to watch our
students in the first ever Hollywood Arts
promotional video. Do Something was
conceptualized and acted in by our students.
Wanting to tell the stories of their futures
and not their lives on the streets, our
students created this video to show that with
opportunities they will change their own
lives.
Hollywood Arts thanks Ron Moon and KC Porter
for volunteering their time to produce and
sound edit the video. We also want to thank
Hollywood Arts students (in order of film
appearance) Jason "Shredder" Hernandez,
Chiante Morgan and Paul Nicks.

| The Dream Awards was a success! |
 |
|
Our second annual dinner exceeded our
expectations! With a special performance from
Maroon 5, we recognized the outstanding
progress of two extraordinary Hollywood Arts
students: Quadiyr Wilson and Terry
Ray along
with our exceptional honorees: Company of the
Year: VANS and Role Model of the
Year: Jesse
Carmichael.
Thank you to all our sponsors including
Levitt Pavilions, Insomniac Games, Warner
Brothers, VANS, Whole Foods, Veev, O.N.E,
Paramount Pictures, DTS, Dylan Yolles, NBC
Universal, Diana Buckhantz, Comcast
Entertainment Group, and CA Management.
We hope you can all join us next year!
